1. 10% or total payment as the down-payment.
  2. We will not be responsible for funding of a top-level domain name.
  3. If you are not completely satisfied with our services you do not have to pay until we reach your expectations besides the down-payment.
  4. If you should request another website to be built using our services, it will be half priced.
  5. There will be a separate fee for logos or banners not attached to a website tat is built by Killian's Bay Inc.
  6. None of our banners or logos will be duplicated copied, or used for purposes not affiliated with Killian's Bay Inc.
  7. Killian's Bay will NOT consent to the building of a website that displays adult themes, content, vulgar language or any other unacceptable content.
  8. An advertisment banner for Killian's Bay Inc. must be displayed at all times on your website.
